«Itacate» (from Nahuatl itacatl) refers to the homemade food that accompanies us on a road or trip. In Mexico, it is a common word for take-out food that we prepare as an act of love, care and generosity.

Instead of dividing or differentiating, exhibition in AC School is a space to empower and define what makes our togetherness. We are thinking of an alternative exhibition that works like a collectively organized party. Someone is making a playlist while the others are cooking. The decorations are being prepared and the neighbors are involved too. The party theme is being developed as we are in constant dialogue between each other.

Code as Commons proposes an activation and reactivation of the idea of the commons through code-based experiences and a common involvement-participation.

Around the hosting artists group, try to build the necessary information and practical steps and strategies to invite people from our ecosystems to “study”, share and join us at documenta fifteen.
